Select a site and click "Analyse Folders"
The tool auto-discovers all URL folders on your site and aggregates GSC metrics per section. Add GA4 to see organic sessions and Key Event Rate per folder.
How to Use the Folder Performance Dashboard
- Connect GSC and select your site. Optionally add a GA4 Property to enrich with sessions and KER.
- Choose path depth: depth 1 gives /blog/, /products/; depth 2 gives /blog/seo/, /blog/content/ etc.
- Click "Analyse Folders" — the tool shows a table of all discovered folders.
- Sort by clicks, impressions, position, lost clicks or KER to find underperforming sections.
- Folders with high Lost Clicks are first candidates for title/description improvement.
- Folders with high KER but low traffic are priority targets for content expansion.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is path depth?
Depth 1: URL /blog/seo-guide → folder /blog/. Depth 2: same URL → folder /blog/seo/. Use depth 1 for a top-level overview, depth 2–3 for subcategory analysis.
What does "LOST" mean?
Total lost clicks across all pages in the folder: the gap between expected CTR for the average ranking position and actual CTR. High LOST with good position means a weak snippet.
Where does KER come from?
Key Event Rate = GA4 key events / organic sessions × 100. Shows what percentage of organic users completed a conversion event. Requires a GA4 property to be selected.
