Competitor Analysis Process

  1. Identify 3โ€“5 direct competitors for target queries
  2. Export their backlink profiles from Ahrefs/Semrush
  3. Use Link Intersect โ€” find shared donors
  4. Filter: DR > 20, traffic > 500/mo, relevant topic
  5. Prepare a personalized pitch for each donor
