  3. Screaming Frog crawl โ€” 4xx, 5xx, redirect chains, noindex, duplicates
  4. Ahrefs/Semrush โ€” organic traffic trends, backlink profile
  5. GA4 โ€” traffic sources, conversions, organic bounce rate
  6. GSC โ†’ Manual Actions โ€” is there a penalty?
Red flags during triage:
