Subscription and limits
The workspace lists three plans, but billing is not connected and the enforced limits are fixed at the Starter values. This page states both plainly, so you know what you can rely on.

Where billing stands today
The page Subscription & Billing (account menu) currently shows Development access, a charge of €0 and the note that no paid subscription is attached. There is no billing portal, and the button that would activate a plan is disabled until a payment provider is connected. Selecting a plan card only recalculates the total; it never charges you.

Every plan includes all reports, exports, monitoring and saved reports; plans differ only in scale and collaboration limits. Extra seats are €9 a month each, and the currency (EUR) is fixed per account.
What the usage counters mean
- API properties: Search Console properties you can use in the workspace.
- Full storage properties: properties whose history is saved (historical storage).
- Team seats: invited collaborators (team and shared reports).
What is enforced today
The limits that the product applies are not read from a plan. They are fixed at the Starter values: 10 properties in the dashboard, 5 properties with full storage and 1 team seat. Turning storage on for a sixth property returns “storage property limit reached”, and an invitation beyond the seat limit returns “seat limit reached”. Higher plans in the table therefore describe the intended offer, not limits you can unlock yet.
